Terms of service

These terms apply when you browse or buy from HQB Market (the "store"), operated by 武川智能株式会社 (Takegawa-Intel Co., Ltd.), Osaka, Japan ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products and compatibility

Each product page lists what the product works with and what it needs, such as supported devices or software versions. Please check it before you buy. Product photos are for illustration; colors may look slightly different on your screen.

Brand names and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Unless we say otherwise, our products are not made, endorsed or sponsored by those brands.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is charged at checkout as described in our shipping policy. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are shown at checkout or collected on delivery as required by local rules. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud) and will refund you in full if we do.

4. Shipping

Delivery times and destinations are described in our shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Most items are guaranteed against defects (usually 12 months for electronics), and items that arrive damaged or not as described are replaced or refunded, as set out in our refund policy.

Except as stated in these terms and the refund policy, products are provided without other warranties to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

7. Your use of the store

Don't misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the store, including text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Osaka District Court has jurisdiction, without taking away any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
