Refund policy

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check that the item is compatible with your device before ordering.

Guarantee

Electronics we sell are generally guaranteed against defects for 12 months from delivery. Guarantee terms can differ by product, and some items, such as consumables, may not be covered. The product page shows what applies.

If a covered item develops a defect, email us at contact@takegawa-intel.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. Depending on the problem, we'll send a replacement, give you a partial refund, or refund you in full. If we need the item back, we'll tell you and cover the return shipping.

The guarantee doesn't cover loss, normal wear and tear, water damage, or damage from drops or misuse.

Arrived damaged or not as described

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Your rights under local law

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the consumer laws where you live. If anything in this policy conflicts with those laws, the law applies.
